Apple Pie Moscow Mule Recipe

If you haven’t already noticed, I am really obsessing over all things fall-related right now – especially if it involves a little giggle water. After my husband and I took our kids to the apple orchard, I went on a bit of an apple kick. So when I came across this Apple Pie Moscow Mule recipe, I just had to share! A spin off of the classic cocktail, this seasonal Moscow Mule is perfect for cozy nights curled up by the fire.
Moscow Mules are known for their refreshing and slightly bitter taste thanks to the ginger beer. But add apple cider + a sprinkle of cinnamon and you’ve transformed this cocktail from #basic to fall in a cup in just 5 minutes. Plus, the chilled copper mug will act as the perfect accessory in your “Happy Fall!” Instagram.
No muddling or shaking necessary, this quick and easy cocktail recipe will be a hit at your next Girl’s Night!

Apple Cider Moscow Mule

(serves 1)
2 ounces vodka
2 ounces apple cider (homemade or store bought!)
1 squeeze of a lime wedge
1/2 cup ginger beer
Enough cinnamon to sprinkle on top
1 cinnamon stick
1 apple slice
Directions: In a chilled copper mule glass add the vodka, apple cider and squeeze of lime over light ice. Sprinkle just enough cinnamon so that there is a very light layer over the ice. Then top it off with the ginger beer for a little fizz and garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick!
Not in the alcohol mood? You can make this into a cocktail too by substituting the alcohol with more apple cider!
