Low-cut V-neck with several layers of wide ruffles at top, seam with narrow grosgrain trim, and short, extra-flared skirt. Skirt with long train and multiple layers of tulle for added fullness. Reinforcing inner waistband in grosgrain with adjustable hook-and-eye fasteners for firm fit. Concealed zip at back. Lined at top in fabric made from a mulberry silk and cotton blend.
