DENIM MOMENT – The ‘all denim everything’ trend is back and chicer than ever before! After the notorious Britney Spears/Justin Timberlake Red Carpet Crisis of 2001 the world decided to cool it on the jean. But fashion has figured out how style denim without being overwhelmingly blue. Indigo crop tops, light wash overall dresses, and my personal favorite, the jean dress.
This Acne distressed jean dress is perfect for summer: lightweight, trendy, and adorable. I love the unfinished look of the neckline, pocket, and sleeve hem. Throw it on with a pair of Adidas sneakers or little Aquazzura wedges like these! The suede open-toe look with the metallic gold ankle bands, is the perfect balance between classic and contemporary.
Hats and fedoras are probably one of my favorite summer accessories. Whenever I put on this Rag & Bone Floppy Brim Fedora I feel instantly trendy. Not only does it fix essentially any bad hair day, but it also protects your face from the sun!
Since the hat + jean combo is already such a statement in itself, I decided to keep my jewelry very understated opting for only a pair of Lana Jewelry Gold Hoops. For the purse I chose my Louis Vuitton leather box shoulder bag with the classic LV pattern to add a little more dimension to this look.
