I hate to say it, babes… but summer is quickly coming to a close. Don’t get too upset just yet! The start of the fall season can be a great time to get back into shape after months of lounging poolside, sipping on cocktails, and eating at just about every outdoor restaurant in the city. With the kids back in school, and more time on my hands, I am SO motivated to get myself back in the gym. Looks like I’ll be switching out my denim shorts and one-pieces for a new uniform: athleisure.
As most of you know, I am a huge proponent of all things athleisure. If I’m going to sweat, I better feel fabulous while doing it! Getting myself to workout is so much easier when I have some seriously killer athletic apparel in my wardrobe. What better way to get motivated than with a sleek and trendy outfit? Everything from leggings and sports bras, to gym bags and even water bottles – having a chic look sure gets me out the door and into the gym.
