FREDS at BARNEYS – DELIGHTFUL LUNCH

The setting at Freds at Barneys Chicago was elegant, and the food was superb. I was looking to escape the city without all the travel, and did just that when dining at Freds at Barneys Chicago. Tucked away on the chicest street Chicago has to offer, I was swept away with Freds’ new Sunset Menu. Starting with the snacks, I had the most amazing Tuna Tartare made with fresh yellow fin tuna and pickled ginger. It was almost too beautiful to eat! My favorite item on the menu was the Summer Greens Pizza topped with asparagus, spring onions and leClare farms chevre. The lighting was impeccable, making even the simplest vegetable tray stand out. This spot will forever be one of my favorite city escapes for dining and cocktails.
