In my last post I talked about trends for fall according to the talented Donna Karan and one of them is monochromatic look. As much as I love colorful clothes and prints when I received this sequin top from Front Row shop and I knew I should go all black.
Of course black is considered to be fall/winter color but who said you can’t wear it in July? The key is to choose “breezy” and light materials. I felt pretty comfortable in what I was wearing and let me tell you the humidity and the high temperature were not a good mix these past few weeks in Chicago. Break the rules, darlings, wear white after labor day, mix vertical and horizontal stripes and try wearing black in summer!
