If reality TV has taught me anything, it’s that the Kardashians have pretty much created a fashion dynasty. And as much as I hate to admit it, I’m totally into it. For a while I was hesitant to jump on the band wagon. But those girls are bold and unapologetically themselves when it comes to style – which is something I really admire. And as a fellow shortie, it’s nice to know that other people share the same #shortgirlprobs as I do.
So I’ve taken a page from the KUWK playbook and hopped on the midi dress trend. They are so comfortable and easy to wear, while also looking chic and high-fashion. This style looks good on just about every body type. You can throw it on while you’re running errands with a cute pair of sneakers or slip on your pumps for a dressier look. The midi dress is truly so versatile.
First of all, anything pink has my name written all over it, but when I tried on this little number from ASOS and realized how unbelievably comfortable it was – I was SOLD. Plus the tie-knot detail on the cuffs add a little dimension to the silhouette. Since it was a pony-tail kinda day for me, I styled this a little look more on the casual side. These Joshua Sanders Pom-Pom Slip-On Sneakers are everything. Unless you’ve been living under a rock, then you’ll know that pom-poms are everywhere. Key-chains, dresses, purses, skirts, backpacks, sandals – you name it.
