Last week I visited Chicago’s Trunk Club for an afternoon of styling fun! Whether you’re a style beginner or fashion aficionado, Trunk Club is a fresh alternative to the standard shopping experience. The highly personalized styling service was originally designed for men who cared about fashion, but didn’t have the time or patience to go to the store. Now expanded to women, Trunk Club pairs users up with a personal stylist and I had the pleasure of working with Elena Cohn!
Throughout the fitting, Elena handpicked pieces in my size that perfectly pinpointed my style: bold pops with neutral staples. We bounced off of each other’s ideas mixing-and-matching the different items and creating new looks we hadn’t originally thought of! Elena’s sunny demeanor, keen sense for fashion, and unwavering professionalism, made my experience effortlessly fun.
If shopping isn’t for you, your stylist will send you a trunk of options to your house to try on. Send back the items didn’t work out and keep the rest – other than the clothes you buy, the service is free of charge and extremely painless!
