The two questions I get asked every year are, “what are your New Years Eve plans?” and “what are you going to wear?” Well, this NYE I am very excited to announce I will be hosting a once in a lifetime celebration at PUBLIC Hotels located in the Gold Coast. The party is set to be the most epic and glamorous event happening in the entire city.
This NYE, I have the ability to customize my night thanks to the PUBLIC. You can choose between a four or six course prixe fixe menu created by the famous Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Featuring some delicious items such as the Foie Gras Burelle with Sour Cherries, Roasted Maine Lobster, and White Port Gelee – YUM! The night will be spent dancing to DJ Rock city, so be sure to bring your most stylish and comfortable heels. Walk through PUBLIC’s picturesque décor while toasting to the upcoming year. It will be a night to remember!
