Denim jean skirts have made a sudden come back, and everyone is adding their personal style to this hot summer trend. From A-line to full length maxis, button down the center or distressed denim, this is a summer staple that should be added to every closet. My take on the denim jean skirt was to add a little more edge! I paired my modest mini with a sheer undershirt from Zadig and Voltaire. Threw an amazing black blazer from Emporium Armani because the weather in Chicago this time of year is totally unpredictable! You never know if it will be hot or cold, so I always try and wear a jacket. For the shoes, the lace-up heels have been full speed ahead and I instantly fell in love with these sexy black lace-up heels from Tania Spinelli. They add the perfect balance of both feminine and seduction. Of course, I had to wear my favorite go-to accessory, Tom Ford sunnies.
