A little attitude never hurt nobody

I was lucky enough this weekend to be able to shoot in the warm Dallas sunshine! Some of my favorite looks are all black ensembles. I wanted to give you guys 3 easy tips to look your best in black.
1. Vary your fabrics! You don’t want to get lost in the black darkness and become one-dimensional. I chose this simple Zara cotton dress and added tons of texture with my leather jacket, strappy patent leather heels and nice chunky belt.
2. Make sure it fits! Take advantage of the “black is slimming” idea and have your items tailored to your body. Although my dress is long the belt at the bust emphasizes the slimmest part of my body.
3. Add excitement with accessories! Play up the black by adding fun and life to the look. I paired this studded Alexander McQueen clutch, flawless (yet painful) heels and cat-eye shades for pop.
