I hope everyone is surviving this cold Monday — unless you live somewhere tropical. I’m writing this post covered in a million blankets by the fire due to the 19.3 inches of snow Chicago received last night. It’s a good thing I shot these photos on Saturday before the blizzard hit! Burrrrr
I’d so much fun shooting these photos with my good friend Helen Burken this weekend. It felt like we we’re teens again, two girls being silly with a camera, always the best time. We stumbled upon this amazing black and white mural to shoot in front of that made my cobalt blue jacket come alive. I love when I find a cool location that adds to the story of my ensemble. My edgy, chain patent leather boots and ripped jeans tie in with the mural and paver stones just perfectly. I could’ve shot all day in this stunning warm jacket. My silver Chanel completed the look of the day. A girl can never have to many Chanels!
