I must say this winter has been a challenge to all of the Chicagoans. It is March already and snowing. Again. Seriously. However, in life I usually try to find a bright side in every situation. The right motivation – is the key to stay positive even in the ugly weather.
I say – the longer the winter the more time we have to get in shape before it gets warm, ladies! I work out at the gym on a regular basis. I either take boot camp classes or run on a treadmill. Right before spring some people exhaust themselves at the gym to get results fast. I think there should be a balance in everything. Workouts need to be fun and bring you joy. If you don’t like running substitute it for another cardio – swimming, for example, or kickboxing.
